DEPOSIT FEE

All appointments require a deposit fee to secure your appointment slot. The deposited amount will be added to your service.  However if you are late, cancel, reschedule or do not show up to your appointment you will forfeit the deposit fee. Deposit fee can be used (once within a month of paid deposit fee) to reschedule appointment if you reschedule more than 48 hours before appointment start time. If for any reason you decide to reschedule for a second time or cancel services booked after you have rescheduled your appointment once, you will be forfeiting deposit fee and you would have to book a new appointment and pay another deposit fee.

QUALITY 
GURANTEE

For all nails done solely by Gold Room Nails there is a 7 day warranty. This means if a nail breaks, chips or if a design such as stones or charms come off it will be replaced at no extra cost to you. In order to assure quality service, we require all nails not done by Gold Room Nails to be removed either prior to appointment or by adding on a soak off service. If Gold Room Nail Technicians work over other peoples work you waive us from any and all liability while also forfeiting warranty on nails.

REMOVAL
&
SOAK-OFF

Removals are an added service and must be booked with your appointment. This ensures we have adequate time to remove enhancements with care and detail.

NOT BOOKING ADD ON MAY RESULT IN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY TO BE ENFORCED.

NAIL ART

Nail art is an additional cost and must be booked as an add on. For an exact quote please text (646-221-2010) or email (GoldRoomNails@gmail.com) your Inso picture. Please note if your appointment is downgraded a minimum of $30 for simple nail art or $45 for complex nail art will be required.

REFUNDS 
&
EXCHANGES

All sales are final no exchange or refund will be given. If at any time during your service you would like to change something (nail art, shape, etc.), feel uncomfortable or anything comes to mind please let your technician know so we can accommodate accordingly.

DOWNGRADING 
APPOINTMENT

ALL APPOINTMENT DOWNGRADES MUST BE DONE 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT START TIME. CHANGES CAN BE DONE BY EMAILING GOLDROOMNAILS@GMAIL.COM OR TEXTING US AT 646-221-2010 FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN FULL PAYMENT OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DUE.
