All appointments require cancellation and rescheduling policy acknowledgment located at bottom of this page to be signed.
More than
48 hours
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online by logging into your account 48 hours before your appointment start time. **You will also have option to reschedule or cancel appointment via conformation email.**
Between
48-24 hours
If for any reason you must cancel, reschedule or downgrade your original appointment between 48-24 hours of your appointment start time please be advised that you will be forfeiting your deposit fee. Please text us 646-221-2010 or email goldroomnails@gmail.com your full name and time of appointment, these time stamps will be used when applying conditions.
Within
24 hours
If for any reason you must cancel, reschedule or downgrade original or rescheduled appointment within 24 hours of appointment start time you AUTHORIZE GOLD ROOM NAILS LLC to charge card on file the full cost of appointment scheduled plus 20% gratuity. The deposited amount will go towards the full cost. Please text us 646-221-2010 or email goldroomnails@gmail.com your full name and time of appointment, these time stamps will be used when applying conditions.
After 10 Minutes of start time
If you do not show up to your appointment within 10 minutes after start time you AUTHORIZE GOLD ROOM NAILS LLC to charge card on file the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity.
